“I think the cake receipt etc is good but somehow company need to make delivery time shorter so you don’t pack the cake two/three days before the delivery date!!!”

“I have been a fan of the cutter and squidge cakes for some time because of their quality and delivery care and efficiency. Got the lemon and blueberry cheesecake recently and was not disappointed. The buttercream had the right amount of tanginess to balance the sweet and it looked equally good. The only negative I could find was that we found the cake layers to be a bit on the dry side but having it with the creamy layers in between made it better. Will definitely return to pick their chocolate cakes collection.”

“Delivered on time and the product was of a good standard. The responses to our initial queries were quite helpful, we want into store to try some options. One comment is that it would be good if there were more clear notes as to the actual sizes and that small 6inch cakes are not all the same height.”

“The box arrived in good condition. The cakes and scones were good however the clotted cream was not good. It was not Roddas which has been used in the past and the replacement was of a lesser quality and less of it!. The clotted cream would have benefitted from being placed in a small cool bag to ensure quality was maintained. All was to the usual standard apart from the clotted cream.”

We use an ambient clotted cream in our Afternoon Tea sets to ensure it stays safe and stable during delivery. Once it arrives, we recommend popping it in the fridge to chill before serving — this is also noted on the label.
