“The overall process to order was great, very straightforward”

“The cookies are excellent. I have received and sent these numerous times. The only trouble was I chose to have them delivered via Royal Mail tracked. It took six days to arrive and I was worried they would be past their best but the recipient said they were fine. I shall use next day delivery in future.”

“I found the website quite difficult. I managed to send 2 boxes by mistake, when I tried to edit my message. I still don't know how it happened. I did contact Customer Services and they were helpful but couldn't cancel one of the orders. Wasn't a problem in the he end, as I knew my uncle would enjoy them, but I hadn't planned to spend double!”

“The cake was really good but the delivery is something C&S need to sort out. DPD left the cake outside my building, in the rain. Not on the porch, not outside my flat but outside my building on the. Road. This is extremely unprofessional”

“We were dissapointed when this gift came because we thought we had ordered an aftrnoon tea which included savoury items, this must have been our error when we chose it. However we must say that everything was of excellent quality, Also have a 12 hour delivery slot meant having to order the day before which was a bit inconvenient as our friend qwas 809 so is unable to eat too late”
