“Great to have a platform that caters to instant next day deliveries of goodies however the brownies that arrived were a little dry. Perhaps there is a way to help keep moisture just a little more moisture to them on their journey? Or any tips when they are delivered to enjoy them hot or what have you.”

“Cake was quite decent but as a baker I think either this cake should be priced lower or it should have more chocolate content. The sponge was a bit sugary and not chocolatey enough. The delivery service was really good, although one point of improvement would be a notification maybe 15/30 mins before a cake reaches the delivery destination would be very helpful.”

“I understand the gift I sent was very nice, but you keep referring to me by the name of the person I sent the gift too. This is no doubt due to a problem on your website, which automatically duplicated the wrong details into the sender/person ordering box and I couldn't correct it. I would have thought a website company that specialises in gift items could get that right. Even this survey uses the name of the person I sent the gift to....Cllr Sean Driscoll. That is not me.”

“Very pleased with the items in the aftrenoon tea. We bought this for elderly neighbours and they were over-joyed with it. Only downside was the delivery - it arrived one day early and delivered in late evening. The delivery person only rang the bell or knocked and did not wait very long then put it on the ground 6ft to the side of the front door took a picture then left. The picture taken could have been any one of many front doors in this area. No house number shown. The elderly people inside do not go out in the dark, and besides, they never use their front door.... therefore it could have been left lying there for a very long time. Any note or leaflet pushed through the door would not have been seen as they use inside door curtains. When I got the text that it had been delivered in such a manner, I had to go and look for it and inform them of the delivery. I realise that delivery may not be your resposibility, but this manner of discarding it at the front door, not handing it to a person and then calling it as delivered is preposterous. I even made a note on the delivery format to leave at number 21 if there was no answer... this was totally ignored. Other than that the afternoon tea was very good and and very much appreciated by the recipients. Regards, aly.robertson@btinternet.com”

“It as easy to order our wedding cake and to arrange the delivery on time. They just made a small mistake in the cake and had the same flavours for the 2 tiers. We let them know and they gave us a voucher which we appreciate. The cake itself was delicious!”

“Mixed experience. We didn't get the "specific time" add-on since it's confusing that you have to pay an additional fee just so your purchase can be delivered on time, and ordered a month before hoping that they will deliver it early in the morning (since they got a lot of time to prep for it), but they still delivered it late in the afternoon (which was a little disappointing). The actual cake and brownies was amazing. But the whole experience was not the best.”
