C&S delivered the bakes on time, which was great. Typically, their cakes are excellent—moist, flavorful, and well-balanced. However, this time, the sponge was drier than expected, making it a little disappointing. Given their usual high standards, this seems like an outlier rather than the norm. Their service and presentation were still top-notch, and I’d be happy to order from them again.
