Ascension was deeply inspiring. Actually, it touched my soul. On one of the days, I was moved to tears in Mark's opening monologue. Each of us will be moved by different words and themes during the 7 days and we will hear exactly what we need to hear. For me, I didn't expect this. I thought it would be a good ride with quality yoga physically, but it was beyond that. I am deeply appreciative to the Universe and to Juliana and Mark for this offering. It truly was launched at the perfect time as our world is especially chaotic now and so many people are either suffering or doubting themselves. This progam is a deep introspection into the self, one's current way of living and thinking, and creating our future selves. As always, Juliana's practices are lovely with just the right amount of physical challenge and deeper intention. She looks as beautiful as ever. Mark's practices have a slower, more reflective pace where all of the day's thoughts, ideas and revelations can come together seamlessly. His words are soothing and reach deep inside. It really is the perfect way to end each day. It is obvious that they worked very hard and that this entire offering came from deep within both of them. I am so grateful.
