Perfect fit and comfortable. Easy to adjust at back of helmet once on. Colour choice is cast clay is sort of soft, matt grey/lilac/mauve almost but unisex in my opinion. With MIPS at such an affordable price and a good brand, it seems great for my needs (road/trail).
