The ladder I ordered arrived exactly as per it's description and fitted perfectly, beautifully made and all the fittings were perfect, would thoroughly recommend this company. I tried to buy it originally from the SA agents, but they did not even return my phone call, so in future I will only use Direct Pool Supplies for any pool requirements.
