“Frist class experience. Ordered on line and then realised I didn't claim my $15 bonus as a first time customer. Rang and spoke with a young woman who couldn't do enough to see how this oversight could be managed. A credit was given which was a great result, Importantly my order was for a pool filter that is becoming harder to find. Not only did the company provide the filter but did so at a price that was much cheaper than others. Finally, it arrived in good condition the following day. Doesn't get any better than that!”

“I ordered 4 new filters for our pool filter before Christmas, after emailing once after Christmas to follow up on the order I have been kept informed regularly about my order progress. There was a delay receiving the filters at Direct Pool Supplies which was out of their control. I received a very apologetic phone call last week and this week the filters arrived. “Pool skimmer we ordered was not delivered. Ordered and paid January 3rd. Chased up January 11th. Was told they were out of stock and they had no idea when they would have stock. Their website should never have allowed us to place the order or they should have contacted us about a delay. However it appears we have now been refunded.”

I had a great fellow at the Gold Coast, who answered my initial question. And then we were looking to go ahead, but needed to know a couple of things. Tara was the service person from heaven, she wrote down the questions, got answers and rang but once within approx 45 mins. She stayed onto everything. SHE turned us around from looking elsewhere!!
