“Yes the skimmer basket arrived today and this one is the right one thank you plus I also returned the incorrect one back at your Bundall store on Saturday morning 29th August . Also how does the metal lock clip in does I have to turn it upside down where the noch is to clip in.”

I'm very glad everything was sorted out correctly for you. The metal bar does not need to be used with the skimmer basket. It was part of the other one. Don't worry though we have extras of the bar.

I've looked into this dispatch and can see we have sent this item on August 4th. It has then made it's way to you in WA and a delivery was attempted on August 12th. When Australia Post were unable to fulfill the delivery it was returned to the local Post Office to await collection.
This morning I have lodged an enquiry to request delivery be reattempted. I hope this action will expedite the resolution in this process for you.
