We installed Soho Base in our entire downstairs rental unit and we're really happy with it. I wasn't sure about the Soho color when I got my sample because it looked more gray than I expected, but I loved how it looked in the room visualizer so I took a gamble and I'm so glad I did. The color is warm and bright and it's amazing how little dirt it shows. The unit is still under construction so we've been walking all over it with shoes and it's amazing how little dirt shows. It was easy to install and the seams click together very smoothly and the texture of the surface makes it look less plasticky than other LVP I've seen. Overall we're really pleased with it.
