Bought this as a gift for my wife when she walks the dog at night. Used the flashlight function every night since purchase. We have never dropped the light. Tonight when we were walking I asked if she had it down on how to use. My wife flipped the switch to use the taser and pressed it. Nothing but a slight arc and intense burning smell. Thought it might be low on charge. Tried later and same small arc flash and slight smoke. Was originally excited about light but now less confident. Will start return.
