This tea brewed very well as "sun tea." I used 4 teaspoons of tea in a quart Mason Jar of filtered water and left it in a sunny window for one hour (until the water turned to a strong golden green color) and then poured it over ice with a lime wedge. Probably the best iced tea I ever tasted.
