These COB LEDs are just great, I used them to make tree decoration presents for my family & friends this year, using modified Lego to hold the LED and a glass strudel pot (from the "saved just in case" shelf in the kitchen) to make a tree-dangling assembly. Powered by a single coin cell 3v battery pack with an appropriate resistor they give a lovely festive glow for around 40 hours. Haven't seen them anywhere else, easy to solder and great fun to work with.
