I bought several pairs of these capri leggings in 2017 - they were so soft and comfortable, and the waistband fell a little bit below the waist, just the perfect fit, not too tight. It seems like the style has changed since then - the fabric feels different and the waistband hits right at the hip and is pretty tight/binding. They're good quality leggings, though! If you like leggings that hit at your hips, I would definitely recommend, but if you prefer something that hits closer to your waist, these are probably not for you. All in all, I wish they still had the same fit as last year.
