Great value for money, I haven't found an equivalent of the Man Bar out there that has a similar protein/calorie/sugar ratio. The Super Greens are great, I have been adding in one scoop with the Chocolate Honeycomb and as well the Cookies n Cream shakes. I am down 4.1kg in 2 weeks. This has made it easy to stick to the regimen.
