The stools are beautiful, but two of the four we ordered had cracks in the wood. I unpackaged them on a Saturday, sent pictures of the cracked stools on Monday morning to the email address and by Thursday, I had two replacements on my front porch. It was so responsive and quick! I am very impressed with the furniture and the company! I will definitely trust them with my money in the future! It was well worth the investment! Thank you!
