very happy with the reverse hyper. people hate on it b/c space-killer, but it's more important than it gets credit for. who doesn't need a strong lower back, esp as we age? not overloading, full range of motion, get that de-compression going. flywheel has a grease fitting so machine should be great for a very long time. i like better than Westside/Rogue Scout bc more stable, plus my wife will use this one for the peach and there's no way she's gonna set up a fold-up space saver. odd there's no instructions whatsoever. no youtube link, nothing. i had to watch cool-car-guy put his together on youtube. he guided me through it. thanks Cool Car Guy.
