We purchased the predator treadmill after doing a lot of research. My husband phoned Dean to talk about it. Dean knew his product and was very knowledgable with advice. We were very confident we were making the right choice for us after talking with him. The treadmill is sturdy and wonderful to walk on. I was expecting knee pain as this has happened with other treadmills. It did not happen, that was awesome. Love the Bluetooth. We are very happy with our purchase. Cannot fault the quality, delivery and communication from endurance.
