It was very easy to order over the phone. Our radiator was a coloured one so we had to choose a RAL colour from Apollo. This was really straightforward I emailed them the samples we wanted and the metal swatches arrived the next day. The radiator came within the 2-3 weeks specified for a coloured column radiator. Absolutely beautiful. We went for a 3 column vertical radiator 1500 x 212 mm in light Ivory RAL 1015. Our plumber commented on the quality of the radiator and the colour.
