This is THE travel bag. After watching reviews for many years I finally took the plunge for a recent 10-day trip across America. No issues at all with it being used for one bag carry-on with Delta and American Airlines. The expandability is so helpful as I was able to carry both my personal item within the bag (super helpful). The fold away straps were also great for placing the bag in the overhead bin and then super helpful and made it easy to walk for hours.
