Product looks fine but we didn't appreciate that it has no thermostat so if left on it burns 400W of power continuously. Now need to fit either a smart spur or a timed spur and/or link it to an external thermostat. Also the cable was creased where it enters the rail due to inadequate protection during transport. Luckily the cable wasn't broken but looked awful and we had to take the side section off and pull the cable in a bit further. Probably invalidated the warranty! But possibly less so than if we had shortened the cable.
