Staff at Cliff and Pebble was responsive and knowledgeable and helped to finalize my order. This is a step up from my previous grinder and is solid, quiet, and compact on the counter. It takes a bit of patience to dial in the exact espresso and time settings, but it does produce consistent quality shots. Shipped out quickly and arrived in mint condition and was carefully packaged.
