I could write about this knife for ever. It’s almost perfect. When I say “almost”…I mean out of the box. Once you have spent some time making this yours then it will be. I have one other Santoku but bought this to be my daily driver. I have put my own personal touches on it. It is my first western handle and I was anxious as I’m a Wa man. I’m so bloody pleased I took the risk though. Balance, Size, Weight, comfort in hand and that iconic AS that this Master has truly mastered has produced for me everything I want in a smaller Kitchen knife. Definitely a keeper for me!
