As mentioned above, let them know how "distressed" you prefer the floor covering. As in the pics, when I opened the box I thought they had sent me a used/returned product. I contacted them about this and to their credit, they offered to allow me to return it. After reading about the return process and how it had to be authorized, etc. I decided to keep it. But...."distressed" can be ambiguous-see attached pics.
