I had a RP3 v1.2 but figured out I need RP3 B+ to use with POE hat.
Bought this one to use it as a TeamSpeak 6 server with POE hat to use less wires.
It works perfectly, doesn't lag, doesn't stutter.
It might be old by todays standards but will pretty powerful and useful :)
Would recommend.
