Lion's Mane is native to North America, Europe and Asia, it can be identified by its long spines, occurrence on hardwoods, and tendency to grow a single clump of dangling spines. The fruit bodies can be harvested for culinary use. What's even better is that companies like VidaCap managed to get all of the great stuff out of the fungus and put it in a capsule. It's just way more convenient than having to eat a lot of mushrooms everyday.
