Pleasantly surprised by both products! I feel a hell of a lot more relaxed especially around the periods (usually have anxiety at that time) and as for the nail supplement, it’s done wonders that I cannot believe! I have nails for the first time ever and they are also strong(usually very weak and breaking easily) very happy indeed and would recommend 💯 thank you 😊
