A few things: the communications between the operator and client were great. I was appreciative of the updates. Second: Building my jacket was even better. Third: the jacket wears well. Keeps me warm even in low temperatures (10-20F in NYC over Christmas). The look is better than I expected. Well worth the money. Glad this is made in the USA, which is why I chose NWT3K.
