The matcha is vibrant, smooth, nutty and umami with some floral notes. I’ve tried it both as usucha and in lattes. I taste a tiny bit of astringency with low bitterness as usucha and the aftertaste is a bit tart and flavourful. But as a latte, it’s creamy and delicious and it’s easy to create micro-foam with the right amount of water to matcha ratio. The tin is very cute and I love the fact that you can refill for cheaper.
