Well I messed up and ordered the G1 radio when I was supposed to order the M1 and I had everything installed. So I called to let them know and they understood and told me to pull the radio, mic, and antenna send it back they will give an in store credit after inspecting the radio I returned they call to tell me they gave me a credit and sent an invoice with the correct radio. Thank you rugged radios you guys have absolutely the best customer service and a great product I would without a doubt recommend purchasing from them.
