I have a shelf with portrait photos of all 6 of my grandchildren at aged 6 months and they are all in small wooden Profile frames. Lo and behold another granddaughter arrived but Profile frames in that smaller size are no longer made. I contacted Profile and great care was given in checking the sizing and stock but there were none. They offered to have one made of the matching size and timber and it arrived within 5 days! Perfect!! I’m amazed by their interest in helping me and the whole process of having it made and sent. Thank you ++ Profile staff. Dinah
