No waiting for others to finish and have to rotate in other exercises in meantime. Put some squats, calf raises, bent over rows, and leg presses in already. Excited to try bench, incline/decline bench, shoulder presses, and deadlifts. Makes it easier to try for PR’s on my own without worrying about a spotter or tilting barbell to get “too heavy” plates off. Very satisfied and highly recommend getting the leg press attachment. Leg press attachment takes some practice to get used to its movement and functionality.
