Will who was helping me is fantastic. Couldn’t wish for better customer service. And the lead is incredible. It’s made walking my puppy much easier especially when he starts zooming. With this lead it is now safe for zoomie sessions. And it’s so easy to clean and doesn’t knot. I’ll definitely be buying more sizes soon ☺️
