This is my first expirience with powerblock dumbells and so far I am extremly happy. The ability to quickly change weight is a gamechanger for my home workouts. I like the more open design of the Pro 100 EXP's as I like to wear a Garmin watch to track my workouts and the Elite EXP design wouldn't comfortably allow this. I'm looking forward to using these during all my workouts for may years to come!
