The band is a bit stiff, but as leather tends to do, it will loosen up and become more comfortable over time. I have it paired to a Bulova Sutton and it looks very nice. I did however receive the wrong bar length in the 21mm strap, it was sent with 20mm quick release bars. I opted to use the OEM 21mm bars since I do not plan to swap it back and forth. I will likely reach out to Customer Service just to let them know.
