Product is great, fitted last night. Bike is more willing to turnover when cold now; the new battery is a better spec on CCA and Ah than the original Harley battery fitted to my Buell 1125R, and it shows. More importantly, Mark at Go Batteries was awesome. Sometimes, it is the times when everything does not run entirely smoothly (forgive the pun) that a company gets to show it's true colours, good or bad. "Very good" was the case here. Clearly we were dealing with heightened demand, a remote warehouse and some supply issues, but Mark phoned me literally every other day with an update, including the day he dispatched the battery. Thus we had an opportunity to check once more that the terminals were the right way around (because Buell's are weird), which Mark, again, patiently supported me through. The battery arrived, exactly as described, 24 hours later. Many thanks, superb service and product, I would not hesitate to use again.
