We bought the canopy to keep our saws out of the weather while building homes here in the rainy pacific northwest. Wasn’t even a week old and I backed my truck into one of the support poles and bent it. I emailed Quictent and told them I had bent a pole. Without any hesitation my representative Green had a new pole shipped to my house. Green even followed up and made sure I received the new pole. All without any extra cost to me! I am really pleased with the experience and level of customer service!
