I purchased this product from a Facebook ad. I emailed the company initially because I had not received the product. I received it within a few weeks, opened and tried the product immediately I had quite a bit of difficulty and looked at the tutorials. After that I emailed the company letting them know the product was not to my liking and requested a return authorization. They kept asking me to watch the tutorials. It felt like they were stalling to reach the 30-day refund limit. I contacted my credit card company and the merchant is disputing and says I cannot return because the product was used. Best case I can have a partial store credit but there is nothing that I want to exchange for. Ridiculous, buyer beware!
