My package arrived and items were loose in the box. For a new product it looks like it had been used prior to my receiving it. I didn't receive all the screws. One of the screws was stripped. There are scuff marks and worn screw heads, other spots of wear. I was able to install the seat, however I am left a but uneasy because of the state the seat was in when it arrived.
