I baked some prehistoric bread yesterday, it is just ground linseed with water shoved in the oven, I know it doesn't sound like much, but linseeds are 42% fat, 18% protein, and 42% carbohydrates, so it is DELICIOUS! Especially with anything sweet.
I made one plain, and one with 33% pure fruit (dried un-sulfured apricots, prunes, & cherries). Next time, I will replace the cherries with sultanas for extra sweetness :-)
