I bought 2 posters and had them framed in white with a white border. When they arrived, one was perfect but the other one had some air bubbles. I called Urban Road and they were very helpful.
They organized a replacement (at no cost) straight away which arrived with no bubbles. The lady was lovely and very focused on ensuring I was happy with my purchase.
The image below looks like it has a problem but it's the sun reflecting on the glass.
