“The hanger was secured to the back of the frame rather than on the inside edge of the frame. This results in the picture leaning forward rather sitting flat against the wall”

“I have 3 of their large canvas aboriginal prints and until now would have given 5 stars. Unfortunately on this occasion I have learnt a big lesson. The canvas print is very pixelated to the point there is black stripes through the pattern. They did offer a credit note but said the black was part of the digital image. I think the issue is with the quality of the digital print image .”
