Very well seasoned ginger and mala chicken dishes. The chicken paper wrapper really locked in the flavor and juices, so the chicken was succulent and very tasty. Pairs especially well with steaming hot white rice. Would be good if can increase the spiciness and numbing intensity. Overall, can highly recommend this dish for a warm and hearty meal with the family.
