I was impressed with how easy it was to navigate the website. I could pick out designs or add my words, phrases or photos. Once I got things arannged and ordered the process did go OK. I got notice to approve the art work or proof. A few weeks later it was shipped via UPS. I was able to inspect the headstone and it was well packaged. I was impressed with the overall look of the black granite with white inlaid letters.
