“Placed my order in late October, approved the file for creation on November 18, 2025, but as of today, it has still not gone to production. I got no updates and had to call to find out that nothing is happening. I read other reviews that said they received their order within 30 days. I understand there was Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, but just seem everything just got put aside until after the holidays with no communication. Very disappointing.”
