“Signature Headstone is an excellent company if you need a gravestone for a loved one. Our family discovered that a grave of our great uncle was unmarked, after his death in 1906. We discovered Signature Co. on line and It was so easy to complete the information that we needed to be engraved on the headstone. Signature sent a layout proof of the headstone through email. After we gave my approval, they started the engraving process. Once that was completed, they sent a picture of the headstone and then told us when it it would be delivered. They delivered the gravestone to the caretaker of the cemetery which was located in another state. This was such a great convenience, as soon as it was delivered, it was set on the grave. It took less than 3 weeks from the order date until delivery. Also this company will keep you updated during the whole process. They are an A+ headstone company.”

“Placed my order in late October, approved the file for creation on November 18, 2025, but as of today, it has still not gone to production. I got no updates and had to call to find out that nothing is happening. I read other reviews that said they received their order within 30 days. I understand there was Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, but just seem everything just got put aside until after the holidays with no communication. Very disappointing.”
