“Truthfully, my experience wasn't great. It took longer than expected to receive the headstone. I will say the customer service when I called about the timing was good and the person was friendly. I would have given a good review regardless of the timing however, the headstone arriving damaged and dirty, which was super disappointing. One of the corners of the headstone was completely broken off. Luckily it was one of the bottom corners that would be buried but still frustrating. Whatever is used to set the pictures into the headstone was all over the rest of the headstone and it really seemed to be done pretty careless. Putting just a bit more care into setting the pictures, cleaning the headstone and properly packing it would have made a huge difference and for sure would have been worth 5 stars.”
“The first headstone that came was broken and went to the wrong address. The company communicated well but there was a long lag time in creating a whole new headstone. I am grateful for their help and that they came through in the end, but don't know that I would use the company again. I would, of course, prefer never to need such services.”
