“I have not opened the box yet, because the cemetery refuses to place a stone themselves. They require a local stone engraver to provide full service of installation as well as the engraving. I made a terrible mistake not checking with them first before ordering.”
“I really love my father's headstone. The only thing that I would have appreciated is that someone could have informed me of the delay and better communication.”
“I did see that while personallising the stone it said it was 20" x 10" but when I went to order it changed to 16" x 8". That works okay for me or I would have spoken up. Otherwise I can't wait to see the finished product.”
“I am happy with how easy it was to customize my order. Pricing was comparative and in some cases more reasonable than others. I appreciated the prompt responses when I had questions.”
“I am very pleased with the finished product., and the price was very reasonable. That said, customer service could improve communications by offering periodic status updates. I had to contact them multiple times for order updates (which they did provide), and my order took more than 2 months to complete and ship.”
