“No complaints. Timely service. Very reasonable prices. Headstone delivered to another state's cemetery on time. Engraving was exactly what we ordered.”
“I am very pleased with my father's headstone from Signature Headstones.
A proof was provided that I could share with my family and the headstone was delivered in the timeframe communicated and perfect. During a time like this no additional stress is needed and Signature Headstones made this a stressless time for me and my family and we are truly grateful.”
“Very pleased with the final product and the ordering/delivery processes were straightforward and easy to navigate. I would recommend Signature to those looking for a lower cost and less stressful experience than traditional grave marker services. Be sure to work closely with the cemetery, however, for potential special handling and delivery requirements.”
“Truthfully, my experience wasn't great. It took longer than expected to receive the headstone. I will say the customer service when I called about the timing was good and the person was friendly. I would have given a good review regardless of the timing however, the headstone arriving damaged and dirty, which was super disappointing. One of the corners of the headstone was completely broken off. Luckily it was one of the bottom corners that would be buried but still frustrating. Whatever is used to set the pictures into the headstone was all over the rest of the headstone and it really seemed to be done pretty careless. Putting just a bit more care into setting the pictures, cleaning the headstone and properly packing it would have made a huge difference and for sure would have been worth 5 stars.”
“My siblings and I were thrilled with the headstone from your company. It was easy to design, the price was reasonable, and it was shipped in a timely manner.”
“I really love my father's headstone. The only thing that I would have appreciated is that someone could have informed me of the delay and better communication.”
“Great company. Easy to order, great communication with updates. But I would most like to comment on the quality of the stone. For the price I did not expect to be as pleased and satisfied. The stone is solid, I don’t know the weight but it had to be 100 pounds. The etchings were perfect and exact. I am more than pleased and I hope this review gives others confidence when ordering with Signature Headstones.”
“The caution we all use when ordering online is unwarranted with signature headstones, from choosing the 12”x24”x4” flat granite memorial marker and inscription to delivery was very simple.
Choosing a gravestone is something that is out of my wheelhouse, their online process really helped me with the design process.
They make great long lasting tributes to loved ones we have lost.”
