“The website was easy to navigate and make the selections for the headstone. I was able to save my design and let others look at it as well. Once I was ready to order, the process was seamless and I can't wait for the headstone to be delivered. Thank you.”
“The first headstone that came was broken and went to the wrong address. The company communicated well but there was a long lag time in creating a whole new headstone. I am grateful for their help and that they came through in the end, but don't know that I would use the company again. I would, of course, prefer never to need such services.”
“The ordering process was so user friendly. And, the follow up emails very helpful. It is just so very nice to have something be easy. Nothing in this journey has been or is easy. This has been seamless. Thank you!!!!!! Looking forward to seeing the beautiful finished project that my brother so deserves. And, being able to pay our respects, with dignity, as he so deserves. Thank you again. Love you and miss you Adam!”
“This process was so streamlined and there were great choices of headstones to choose from (more than you think!!). We've received the headstones for mom & dad now...and they are very nice. Good quality, great value, with good communication & response (checked once to make sure these were processed together). We would so truly buy here again.”
“Highly recommended. Good communication. Headstone was as expected once placed at the grave site. My family was happy of how it looks and I am sure my father was looking down in approval! Thank you Signature!”
“Very good quality work. I needed something for my brother and Signature came through with a great price and very good attention to detail.
I highly recommend working with them!!!!
Thanks Signature Headstones.”
“This stone was for my Great grandfather. He died from TB when my grandmother was 7 years old. She had always wanted to get him one. Stone was very nice just what we wanted. Thanks so much.”
“They are very patient and efficient. The manager answers the phone and is very understanding. I needed an expedited service and they accommodated me.”
