It works well, even on my grey hairs that still have dark follicles, but note company says that the Flasher won't work on grey hair. In 6 weeks, I have noticeably less hair on my upper lip and chin, with less success between my eyebrows. I will always have to pluck, but this is worth the money to cut that time down a lot.
