First let me say that these are the most beautiful and soft extensions I have every had. They match the color of my hair perfectly too! They hold in my hair well and don’t slip at all. I ordered the 24” seamless brown black extensions for my wedding day. Well, when I clipped them in, they were so much longer then all my layers and it was pretty obvious I was wearing extensions. So, I emailed Foxy Locks (afraid they would not take them back since I had opened them) and they were willing to exchange them as long as I had not cut, styled, dyed, or worn them. The rep emailed with me back and forth all day helping me ship them back. Unfortunately, shipping in the US at the time was $174 US dollars so I decided to keep them and work with them. I found a stylist who was able to give me a beautiful style for my big day with the extensions. I’m so happy with them and will be ordering another pair in a shorter length so I can create those layers l need for them to blend a little better.
